Benjojo's Optical Media Survey

As optical media continues to fade out of relevancy, I am personally very curious to know at what point did people stop actively using ( or maybe they still do ) optical media. The survey is to Mostly provide confirmation to my own assumptions, but the results will be shared afterwards.

I don't think that anything identifiable is being asked here (and there are no trackers or other telemetry on this page, so the data stays on my server without ad linking), and I would really appreciate that if you are under 30 that you provide an accurate age! If you are above 30 then rounding to the nearest five years is perfectly fine!

How old are you?

This helps me figure trends on when types of usage fell off! If you are under 30 please provide an accurate age as the difference between a year likely matters! If you are above 30 then rounding to the nearest five years is perfectly fine!
